Error 1

When our daily backup runs on our network we keep getting errors that say:

Backup- \\ExchangeServer\Microsoft Information Store\Second Storage Group
V-79-57344-766 - Cannot log on to MAPI with the specified credentials. Review the resource credentials for the job, and then run the job again.

What are the steps to correct this message?

Error 2

We have a SQL DB we backup and we keep getting this error message:

Backup- SQL
V-79-57344-34110 - Note: Resource: "SERVER" is not snappable. Attempting to back up directly from the source volume.

What does this message mean and how can this be fixed?

Thank you in advance.
