Backup Exec 2010 R3 - Exchage 2010 SP2 - GRT recovery - user-mailbox not visible for recovery

I have Backup Exec 2010 R3 installed on Windows 2008 R2 Enterprise 64 bit

 

I have  Exchage 2010 SP2 installed on Windows 2008 R2 Enterprise 64 bit

 

The backup work fine without error and i use the GRT tecnology .

 

Exchange Management tools are installed on both servers.

 

When i try to restore data from a backup , i can't see the single users mailbox but olny Exchange database.

 

Any Idea??

Hi,

 

Are you using AOFO in your jobs? If so, turn it off...not recommended when backing up DBs.

That said, follow my article below and stage to disk manually before restoring from disk (assuming the backup goes to tape):
