Backup Exec 2010 R3 Unknown folder when restore data

Hello,

I'm trying to use Backup Exec RALUS agents with Ubuntu 11.04 x64. The issue is the same that in the given post. When trying to restore data, unknown folders appear on the view by resource.

I'm using Backup Exec R3. On the Ubuntu Machine the version of the RALUS agent is

ralus=2896.348315
mdm=MDM_v0.0.4284.1.HF18a
vmxs=VxMS_v4.4-035

Is there any newer agent for 64 bits architecture?

Ubuntu 11 is not supported by Backup Exec. Upto 8.10 is supported by BE2010 R3

And there is no hope to me? No way Symantec releases an update of the RALUS?

...you can put that in the Ideas section of these forums. It MIGHT come up in BE 2012, but that is no guarantee either.
