Backup exec 2012 add permission for multi user

Hello everyboby

Firth I have install Backup exec 2012 on window 2008 R2 and that has version last to date. And have normaly backup.

Issue

I want to add multi users for manage backup exec 

Examples

User A for all control backup exec

User B for monitor job only and can not create backup job, Run backup anything

Please me,how to create them.

Hi,

 

Role-based security does not exist within BE at all. This has been asked plenty of times over the past couple of years across numerous versions, but never implemented.

I suspect there are a couple of ideas around it as well...check the Ideas section for this and add your vote in. It's something that could work quite well.

Only other way around this is to use the BE Remote Console...read below on how it works:

It could 'partially' be achieved if Restricted Logon accounts are used.
