Backup Exec 2012 and Backup Exec.cloud

This issue has been solved. See solution.

I would like to know if Backup Exec.cloud agents and Backup Exec 2012 agents and servers can coexist on the same machine.

Check below and download the deployment guide for your BE version...the answer is likely to be in this (from quick reading it appears to use the RAWS agent anyway)...
