Backup Exec 2012 - beremote service stop suddenly during backup

I often found the beremote service stop suddenly during backup.
I found the KB about the same issue:

It need to install Hotfix 180964. My Backup Exec 2012 server has been installed the latest hotfix as follow before:
SP1
Hotfix 180964
Hotfix 189571
Hotfix 194470
Hotfix 199866
Hotfix 200433
Hotfix 201596
But the beremote service still failed. Can I resintall Hotfix 180964 only to solve the issue?

Hi,
Doesn't hurt to try a reinstallation of a HF, but also check any AV installed on the problem server and make sure it isn't actively scanning/blocking beremote.exe. If so, put in an exclusion for this and try again.
You can also try uninstalling, and then reinstalling the RAWS agent via a push-install.
