Backup Exec 2010 R3 upgrade to 2012. Now at Rev 1798.

Cannot delete job histories. One at a time works. If multiple ones are targeted at a same time, every time gives this error:

BEMSDK Failucre Code: -536837662:X8

Error: 1205: native=0x4b5 source=Microsoft OLE DB Provider for SQL Server hr=0x80004005 Transaction (Process ID 61) was deadlocked on lock resources with another process and has been chosen as the deadlock victim. Rerun the transaction.

Error: -536837662:-536837662: :: -2147467259:Transaction (Process ID 61) was deadlocked on lock resources with another process and has been chosen as the deadlock victim. Rerun the transaction.

Happens almost every time. If I would wipe it all and start from scratch, maybe that would help sad

I feel for every one who has upgraded from 2010 to 2012 and they have had to experience too much trouble and pain. And BTW; I just made new technical case at my.symantec.com, and web-interface died and crashed repeatedly, so I could not make new case. Sent then email, but it probably gets lost at it's way. Oh this is too fun.

Have you installed BE2012 SP1a ?

If you haven't than I would suggest you to install SP1a and check if this resolves your issue.

This installation was made with "BE-DVD-1798.17a.HF1c.SP1a.iso" from the beginning. Now at Service Pack 1 with Hotfix 180964 and 189571.
