Backup Exec 2012 Deduplication Disk Storage creation fails

Hello,

 

I need some help on start BE 2012 configuration.

I've downloaded the trial and installed it. At the creation of a deduplication disk storage I folow all the steps and after click the "finish" button the BE returns the folowing window:

The system is a Windows Server 2008 STD edition.

What can be worng?

Hi,

Thanks in advance for your post.

I can't find the Backup Exec service account (BESA) and in result of that I can't add it to the local administrators group on the media server.

I'm stucked here at this error and cant test the BE on my organization.

 

Any help would be very apreciated.

Hello,

 

I reinstalled the BackupExec 2012 and LiveUpdated it.

I still can't create a Deduplication Disk Storage so I created a simple disk storage and configured some simple Windows Server backups.

But those backups result in errors and dont complete. I attach the result xml file on this post, so if anyone coud vew it and give a help on this would be very appreciated.
