Backup Exec 2012 Email after backup (success or failed)

Can someone tell me how to get a email sent to me and another address after each backup? I am not familiar with the new setup and have not found a way to do this. I am guessing it is very easy and I am just missing something. I appreciate the help!

This is what i have already done though. The only issue is that it never actually sends a email to let you know whether it was successfull or failed. It just sends a email that it created a log. Is there any way to get a email that states whether it is succesful or failed?

The log would tell you whether or not the job was successful...it used to do that in previous versions.

You should also check the Alerts...there might be something there to enable that will do the trick!
