Backup Exec 2012 - Exchange GRT issues

I'm not seeing any data to restore from my Backup to Disk backups of my Exchange 2010 mailbox store.  If I backup to tape, I can see all the mailboxes.  I doubled checked my account and all the pre-reqs for Exchange backups.  It's all correct.

I have and have made those changes and I'm still not seeing anything to restore from by Backups to Disk.

According to the Technote it looks like backup made after the change will contain the Exchange GRT data.

What if you create a new backup now, does it contain the Exchange GRT info ?

Yes.  I have deleted the jobs, the server, uninstalled the Agent and restarted from scratch.  I even deleted the volumes used to store my backups and recreating them.
