Backup Exec 2012 license problem

I had already bought Symantec backup Exce 2012 but when I try to add license it gave me this error

There should be a license SYMC BACKUP EXEC 2102 SERVER or similarly named...You may contact Licensing @ http://www.symantec.com/support/assistance_care.jsp & they should be able to assist you.

The license for the main

The license for the main (base) product, i.e. for the Backup Exec media server license should be installed first..and then the remaining agents/options can be installed..
