Hi, Here goes: 1. HQ * Check the link below for Backup Exec 2012 V-Ray Edition...it's licensed per physical socket per host, and includes a number of agents. * 3 x Library Expansion Option for the 4-drive library; 1 x LEO license for the 2-drive library * 2 x Agent for Applications and Databases for the 2 physical SQL servers 2. Branch 1 * Check the link below for Backup Exec 2012 V-Ray Edition...it's licensed per physical socket per host, and includes a number of agents. 3. Branch 2 * Check the link below for Backup Exec 2012 V-Ray Edition...it's licensed per physical socket per host, and includes a number of agents. You should be able to verify this with Symantec's licensing department too... THanks!

As your request is slightly unusual (Hyper-V and VMware combined in one environment) and as you have also stated you want someone from Symantec to confirm, then I think you should perhaps directly engage a member of the Sales team via Customer care, which you cannot do via these forums. Please use the phone or perhaps e-mail to contact the customer care team regarding your licensing query. Also as you appear to be a partner then engaging your partner management team may be a better option.

Please go through it article its very helpful
