Cannot backup one of my Linux servers. I have 2 Linux servers and have installed the agents by using the Symantec installation guide. One of the servers works and one does not. I am able to create the jobs and browse the contents of the server, but when a backup job runs I get the following error message:

Backup 00219-Full -- The job failed with the following error: The resource could not be backed up because an error occurred while connecting to the Agent for Windows. The correct version of the Agent for Windows must be running on the target computer.

I have installed the same agent on both servers.
