Hello

I have the following behavior

When i try to backup vmdk and test vmdk backup credentials. I use only esx no vcenter. no use for GRT

in docs, I see that if you do not need GRT, you dont have to install the BE agent

When I dont install vmtools the credentail status on my vms are success. When I install vmtools

ni success ..... so its a problem as I need vmtools on my VM
 

I never success in VMDK vm, not happy at all

Do you have some help tks
