We've had Backup Exec 9.1 running for years and it just recently has been erroring out returning an error 'cancelled by user'.

I've checked and verified that there is no automatic time-out cancellation set (automatic job cancellation is not checked).

I've also checked that there is no window defined for the job to complete.

Any help would greatly be appreciated.  We're holding off trying to get 9.x running before upgrading to the latest Backup Exec.  We need to ensure that the backups we have are functional before upgrading.
