I always receive the following job log ever after updated my backup exec software to latest patches:

(Server: "XXXXXX") (Job: "SATURDAY OFA") SATURDAY OFA -- The job failed with the following error: Unable to initialize the snapshot because the Advanced Open File Option (AOFO) is not installed on the target computer. You must install this option, restart the computer, and then run the job again.

Which my sever had install with the advance open file agent.
And it happen on D: drive only, where my SQL server file located.
The rest of the drive are no problem with this.

Any one can advice me what should I do next.
I had run out of idea after go throught all the solution recommended on this forum and support article. on change the advance open file wizard to longer time and so on.

Greatly appreciate if any one can help me on this.

Thanks!

Regards,
Desmond

Do you use "Automatically select open file technology"?
Maybe you find a solution changing the snapshot provider to Microsoft VSS and change AOFO parameters that has to do with disk space assigned for snapshots (percentange, in which drive e.t.c.) along with playing with minimum quiet time.
Have in mind that is you try to backup database files without shutting down the database the AOFO will try, in the period of time you set, to snapshot the database file IF there are no I/O on the file. If during the job you database have many users working it would be difficult to find any quiet time.
