Backup Exec and Endpoint Protextion Manager on SBS2011

I need to install BackupExec 2012, Endpoint protection and Endpoint Protection manager on a SBS2011 server.  Is there a specific order i need to install in?

Install Backup Exec first. Than install SEPM, and lastly install the client. The client should detect Backup Exec is on the system and create any necessary scanning exclusions.
