Backup exec and remote agents

We have customers with Windows SBS and Backup exec 12.5 Small Business edition . I know that Backup exec Small Business Edition comes with the sql and exchange agents but will I ineed to purchase an additional SQL Agent license if I want to backup a second server with SQL on it? The Small Business Server does not have sql installed but the customer does have a second Windows server running sql that will need to be backed up .
So i guess the question is , are the the agents that come with the Small Business edition of backup exec only useable on the media server? or can they be used on additional servers? and if not do i need an agent per instance of sql etc?

Nothing mentioned in the licensing guide below to suggest you can't.

However, any additional SQL server will require you to have another SQL license purchased to cover your compliance with licensing requirements.

I think you will need additional agent licences for each additional application server. The SBS edition licences only apply to the SBS box. However, as in all licencing matters, check with Symantec Licencing as they are the final authority on licencing matters.
