How can I configure BackUp Exec for Cloud Storage on Windows Azure Storage without Getting riverbed in Topology.
Nirvanix have option of installing plugin (http://www.symantec.com/business/support/resources...) . Is there any similar process/ plug in for Windows Azure?

No. There is no such plug-in for Azure.
