This issue has been solved. See solution.

I have installed Symantec Backup Exec Continuous Protection Server on a 2008 SBS Server which also has Backup Exec 2010 R3.  I have already created the backup destination which is a DroboPro using ISCSI but when I try to create a new backup job, I receive an error that states: "There must be at least 2 available servers to create a backup job"

Can you please assist with this?

Since your SBS 2008 server is

Since your SBS 2008 server is where your data is stored, you must install CPS on a separate server.  See page 14 of the CPS Admin Guide below

http://www.symantec.com/docs/DOC4241

which stated the requirement for at least one each of business and protection servers.  If you backup your data onto the same server, then when this server crashes, you loose both your data as well as your backup and you would not nothing to restore from.

P.S.  You would get better response if you had posted this problem in the proper forum, in this case, the BE forum.
