Backup Exec Dedupe Assessment Tool Taking Too Long
I've got a customer running the BE Dedupe Assessment Tool and there appears to be a problem. The process has been running for a very long time and seems to be hung up. The progress bar shows 86% done, running for 18 + hours and time remaining of -11 + hours.. It's been at this point for quite a while. See attached screenshot.
The assessment is being done for 5 servers. All credentials are correct.
