This issue has been solved. See solution.

Hi All,

A few questions:

1. Any of you used this? Is it of any worth in an environment with 32 backup servers in a diverse geographical location?

2. Where can I download it from? I have hunted the Symantec site and cannot find it...

I haven't used it, but having spoken to some Symantec staff about it, I believe it's designed for scenarios such as yours.

According to the solution brief, BEIM is a licensed product. According to this old blog post, it has an RRP of $1995.

Time to speak to Symantec Sales!
