Is it necessary to buy a license AGENT FOR MSFT SQL for copy database on  Symantec Backup Exec 2010 media server? License SYMC BACKUP EXEC 2010 SERVER WIN PER SERVER BNDL STD LIC EXPRESS BAND S ESSENTIAL 12 MONTHS purchased?

If you want to perform an online backup of an SQL database then 'Yes' If you are worried about backing up the Backup Exec database, you can just backup the dump file that is created during the database maintainance.

Yes, I need to copy only the Backup Exec database

...the specific file is bedb.bak, which is created at 4AM every morning by default where BE backs the BEDB up.

You can either back that file up, or select the Data/Catalogs folders (more appropriate).
