Backup Exec Locked my Account

Hi All,

I have Backup Exec 2010. And I have a big problem.

My account in Backup Exec credentials. I changed my password. But I jammed my account for Backup Exec imposed.

This 5 was seizing. And this problem is very hardly.

Please help me bros.

Hi,

Do you have a dedicated account for the BE service account? If not, then I'd suggest you do so.

That said, unlock the account and change the password with BEutility.exe which will automatically change your service account passwords.

If it locks out again, check your DOmain Controller's logs to see where it is locking out.

Your comment is solution! My account ID changed and refreshing the services accounts. And restart services.
