I'm having a problem with backup exec 12.5.

My CASO always working and the service "Backup Exec Server" is stopped.

In the event viewer shows the following error

"Faulting application beserver.exe, version 12.5.2213.168, stamp 4b6b0ec9, faulting module bemsdk.dll, version 12.5.2213.138, stamp 4a258379, debug? 0, fault address 0x000cd3e5."

I try many problems with Backup Exec 12.5.

Help pls.
