BE 9.1 is EOL which is why you cannot find the download link.

What is the version of your SQL?  Check the SCL below to make sure that it is supported by BE 2012.

BTW, your BE 9.1 licence keys would not work with BE 2012.  You would need a new set of keys for BE 2012.  If you are on a current maintenance contract, you can get the new set of keys from the Symantec Licencing Dept.  Until you get the new licence keys, you have 60 days to use BE 2012 in trial mode.

In addition to what pkh had said, installing licenses is different with BEWS 9.1 and BE2012. With BEWS 9.1, you just need to enter the license key indicated in your paper license. While BE2012, you need first to register your Symantec Licenses to Symantec Licensing Portal then download the Licensing File (.slf). Once downloaded, you need to import the said license file to BE2012 Server.

...send a PM to VJware (1 of the Symantec employees)...he has been known to provide BE 9.1 installation media.
