Please open the policy.

The 1st tab is Attributes.
This is where policy type is selected and other attributes.

The 2nd tab is where Schedules are selected and configured.
This is where Full backup is selected.

The 3rd tab is the Clients tab.
This is where you add hostnames of systems to be backed up in the policy.

The 4th tab is the Backup Selections tab.
Here you select/specify what should be backed up.

Please tell us what is in this Backup Selections tab.

Thank you.

As per my comments in your other post - you need to work with your backup admins.

You are not going to solve this on your own.
