Hi all,

We have around 100 Backup exec servers ... Backups for those running fine but in few servers backup Cancled, timedout status ...

Backup - F: The media operation was terminated by the user.
Error reading file data.
Error reading file data.

If i see the status of Job history i can see in all the drives where some directories ,files, as well byte counts and speed ..everything exists...but i confused why backup is showing in Cancled, timed out instead of sucess and N/A instead of 100% percentage...and i can't able to find due to which file this backup status showing this status..
Pls let me know why this is happening and how to fix this issue....

Thanks
selva

Hello,

You could check out which servers the error is occuring from the job log.. double clicking on the job in the job history window would open the job log.

Also, ensure that the beremote.exe version on all the machines is of the same version and that the remote agent services on all the machines are running as lokal System account.

Thanks.
