Hello,

The SEPM services, including the Apache Server must be restarted to resolve this error.

Apparently, when the SEPM services are restarted, it synchronizes with the SQL database again, resolving the problem.

can you check if the space is available. Actually you need 3X times the hard disk space while restoring.

Hi, Please let me know?

What Database are you using SQL or Embedded?

If you have installed SEPM with Embedded database then please check

1) When you go to the Services.msc please check if Symantec Embedded Database Service is running or not?

2)And please open the Task Manager, under Processes you will be able to see the dbsrv11.exe, is that running?

Run the DbValidator from

Run the Windows Command Prompt (cmd.exe) as Adminstrator, then navigate to:
\Program Files (x86)\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager\Tools\
And run dbvalidator from there.

If you have installed SEPM with SQL database:

Check SQL server

Check if the SQL client is running.

Check ODBC connection

Thank& Regards,

Ambesh
