Backup Job Status Not Showing on CASO Server

Hello My Friends,

I have a CASO Server and it manages some BE Servers, what is happening is that on the main page of “Backup and Restore” tab the “Las 7 Days of Backup Jobs” column is not showing the colors of the alerts like green for Successful, Yellow for Alert and Red for Failure.

It backups normally but it remains all in White and to see what happend I need to click on the White dialog box.

Does anyone know if this is a problem or if it is a normal behavior?

It should be reporting in...have you tried to remove the MMS from the CASO and then re-add it?

havent come across any such issue however it could be because of BE running on nonenglish OS would suggest you to open a support case for the same
