Backup jobs are in Hung after 15 minutes of job start

Hi Folks,
Backups are going to hung mode after 15 minutes of its start and unable to kill /suspend jobs. after recycling services they are running for 10 mins and again same happening .. please help me

Heres a recent published technote to help in killing hung jobs.
DOCUMENTATION: Extended procedures for canceling jobs that appear to be hung.
• As to why they are happening.
-Turn up logging. And check the bptm logs on the media server and bpbkar logs on the client for starters.
• Using HP NIC's then this technote
STATUS CODE 40: Network connection broken, or Backup jobs are hang using some HP NC-Series NICs
• Are you using Snapshots? VSP VSS? Then disable this option or look at your settings. Enough space to create the snapshot?
Tip: Get overview/document your NBU environment. Run 'nbsu' and review the output.
