By KVM if you mean Linux Kernal-based Virtual Machine... .BE does not have any specific agent for this.
If it is a Linux machine, you could however backup the contents using a Backup Exec 2012 Agent for Linux (subject to confirmation that the Linux version is present in Backup Exec Software Compatibility List)

Thx man,your solution BE server+client for linux was correct.I have one more question,will this solution backup apps which are on the KVM.Sorry 4 stupid question,recently begin to work in this way )
Backup Exec Agent for Linux is not designed for disaster recovery purpose. So using an Agent for Linux, you will onlly be able to backup flat files from the linux box.
