Backup Method For VMware

This issue has been solved. See solution.

i have BE 2010 , i tried to setup a backup job for vmware ESX's vms , yet there is only Full backup method available in Vmware section of the Job setup wizard .

i have performed an upgrade to BE 2010 R3 , the same is coming , incremintal and diffrental backup method are not available in vmware section .
