Backup is partially successful for a Microsoft SQL Server file system backup
Our NetBackup servers version is 7.1.0.4 and Clients version is 7.1. We have configured filesystem backup of MS SQL servers. Backup is partially completing with the below warning messages. We are getting this warning since past 3 days for the servers testsql1 and testsql2 . Before that there were no issues.

The following is a Windows error, not NBU. NBU is merely reporting the error returned by Windows:
Your Server admins need to have a look... Maybe run chkdsk and check Event Viewer for errors?

few suggestions:
Run chkdsk on that filesystem.
See the event viewer application and system logs regarding any disk errors.
Check if you have antivirus which may doing something wrong.
