backup Problem

Hello,

Has any one encounter this problem:

10/3/2012 1:25:45 PM - Warning bpbrm(pid=2336) from client crppms2-hrdev2: WRN - Removable Storage Management: unable to export database (WIN32 21: The device is not ready. )
10/3/2012 4:05:36 PM - Warning bpbrm(pid=2336) from client crppms2-hrdev2: WRN - can't open directory: D:\publish\Publishing Data\SPD\Images\aa109c0c-e161-42cd-9243-097a7b331949 (WIN32 1450: Insufficient system resources exist to complete the requested service. )

TN seems to address this symptoms

 

During a backup of the client the backup resources slow and then hang
