Running backup exec 12 with sharepoint agent.

have done what symantec has adviced installed the hotfix 3029** ..somethign so backup can allow restore of sharepoint single files from tape, tried does not work. after hot fix too still not able to.

also backed up sharepoint to disk , attempted singel files restore , No option to choose singel files just the whole database.

running sharepoint 2007, can see all the fully backed up databases But does not allow further breakdown to choose files.

Please Symantec if you are reading this Please provide Value added support.
