BackupExec 12.5 QuickStartEdition Open File backup problem

Hello,
Is BackupExec 12.5 QuickStartEdition able to backup opened files ? I mean is AOFO option included ?
I got errors where setting AOFO in backup job :

42 files were skipped.
Note: The backup job was configured to use the Advanced Open File Option. However, files were skipped during backup processing. Please ensure that the Media Server PLWAWZ0013SRV is properly licensed with the Advanced Open File Option, or that the job is properly targeted for media servers that are licensed with the Advanced Open File Option

BE Quick Start Edition is seriously cut down compared to full BE. So unless you can enable AOFO in your job, then the link below stands and it isn't available along with every single agent besides LEO.

In this case you need to upgrade to a full version, as per the recommendation.
