BackupExec 2010 and Microsoft Hyper-V Server 2008 R2

Is it possible to install the Hyper-V BackupExec agent to Microsoft Hyper-V Server 2008 R2? I've seen documentation for the agent being installed on a core server. I might be confused on this subject but some help would be appreciated.

Yes, the Hyper V agent is to be installed on the Hyper V host
