BackupExec 2012 - Catalogue Wrong Date/Corrupted ?

Hello , I have just started using BE2012. This is a green field site. We did not have any other version of BE previously.

We have had teething problems , but a new one has just appeared.

My backups are running successfully but on the server window list , the "last 7 days of backup jobs" now has different references to other server jobs.

Also , when I click on "restore" on any server - a different server restore job is being presented to me. On some cases the server information in the restore window is merging 2 servers.

Is there anyway to complete rebuild the catalogue , or look into it outside of the GUI ?

I have ran the rebuildcatindex -r command - but it didn't fix anything that I could see.

 

This is a critical problem for me. Any help would be great.

It could be that the BEDB is corrupted.  Go to the BE installation directory and use BEUtility to repair the BEDB

I dont have much experience with that. Is there a document walkthrough any where on how to perform that repair ?
