HI,

We are using Symantect Backup EXEC 2010 R3. i am facing an issue. Job Status is showing "server paused". please help to resolve it ASAP.

Hi,

Go to Devices, and right-click your server name. Choose the option to Unpause the server.

Is Backup Exec 2010 R3 updated with SP1 ? If yes and the issue still occurs, would recommend you to log a support case & reference TECH145643
