I have a high usage of traffic from SEP server to the clients company wide, and in some cases its slowing down the remote site machines ( the pipe isn't that high) I think it is Live updates being pushed but how can i stop it being pushed during the process?

Can i stop it on a client basis?

Why don't you use GUPs to distribute content for remote sites?

SInce updates are in progree there really is no way to stop them as you risk corruption

You can use GUP on remote site.
