Barcode Solution Handheld Device.

I see where I can Use a MC50 from Symbol for this solution but I am wondering with the Symbol MC70's wireless abilities can you use the wireless technology to upload the scanned bar codes or must you always use Active Sync? Also is a cradle required?

it has been my experience that active sync was required.
