I am currently trying to installing SP2 for BE 10.1d, and everytime it tries to install, it comes back and says there is not enough room on the C drive, please free up 30.86MB of space and retry. when i do a properties of the C drive on the media server, there is more than 20GB of available space on the drive. Has anyone else had this problem, or does anyone have an idea of why this would be doing this? Thanks.

Mark

Mark, copy SP2 to the server and run it from there. It doesn't like running from a UNC path (\\SERVERNAME\SHARE).

I was trying to run it locally from the server. i downloaded it right to the desktop and was running it from there.

I had the same issue. Copied the file to another local drive, then deleted the exe from the C: drive. Et voila, you've just freed up the space on the c: drive! Ran it from D:, installed ok.

If you just have the one partition, maybe you could burn it to CD.

Cheers,
Al.
