BE 11Does Not Send Out Notifications

I have BE 11 and I have contacts in the notification tab to sent e mails when the job is finished. I can send a test message and get something but when the backup job completes I get no notification. Any ideas?

Hi, Do you have all the Backup Exec live updates installed and the Remote agents pushed out to the Remote servers.

Have you configured to send notification along with the job log ? If yes, try disabling the option of including the job log along with the notification.
I have disabled the option of including the job log and still get no e mail notifications.
