BE 2010 and Exchange 2007 Cluster

Created: 22 Apr 2010 • Updated: 22 Apr 2010 | 2 comments

Hi all I am running Backup Exec 2010 and want to backup an Exchange 2007 cluster. I installed the remote agent on one of the nodes, but when I drill down to make selections I only see my hard drives and files. I have the Exchange feature enabled on my server. What do I need be able to see the Exchange specific selections like Information Stores and the system state selections? Thanks in advance.

In your selection list, add in your cluster virtual name, or the IP address.
Once done, select the Information Store from there. I would continue to back up the System States of both physical nodes though.
