Be 2012, Active Jobs and Reports disapear after Front End crashes / Memory Dump

While two jobs where running within BE 2012 i have a crash to the desktop for the frontend.

BackupExec fails to create a memory dump.

The active jobs are now missing and the reports are empty.

Tech support isn´t answering my support cases and i hope i can find some more help here.

Hi

If memory dump is not created by Backup-exec then you can look for the window dmp file or you can use 3rd party tool like ADplus which will create memory dump & help you in verifying the cause
