BE 2012 and Lotus Domino 8.5.3

BE appears to be crashing my Lotus Domino server nightly..  I thought it was compatible now?

Server:  Win 2008 R2 enterprise x64

Domino:  8.5.3 FP1

BE:  BE 2012 V14.0 Rev 1798

Error on server:  (there are two).. then the domino server simply stops.

Any help at all please?

Run LU a couple of times to make sure that you have SP1 and some follow-up fixes.  After that, push out the remote agent to the Domino server and re-boot the server.  Even if you are on the latest updates, push out the remote agent agent again to the Domino server and re-boot the server.

As an additional trouble-shooting step, make the BE remote agent service start manually and then start this service after the Domino service has started.

Thannks for the info pkh.. that worked for one night.  Then the exact same thing.. same event log errors and Domino crash happened last night.

Is there something else (aside from uninstalling Symentec and looking for a different solution) that I can try?
