Excuse my bad English!
I have MS 2003R2 cluster, two nodes, HP MSA 1000 with two FC SAN switches and HP MSL 6030. HP MSL 6030 use FC. Starwind Tape Redirector installed on the first node and configered.
I have MS 2008R2 cluster, two nodes, HP P2000 with iSCSI. BE 2012 cluster installed. I use MS iSCSI initiator for configure HP MSL 6030 and i see the library in Device Manager. But BE 2012 don't add and configure the library. How to add the library?

dont think this is supported with the ISCSI interface. Please refer HCL (http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH175582)
taking that tape redirector out the equation which I have never seen on any BE HCL, I think you should be looking at the Enterprise Server Option, and specifically the SAN SSO option which will allow you to share the library between the 2 clusters.
currently you can't do this with your setup as the first media server has exclusive access to the library!
You also need a full installation of BE on the first cluster, as SAN SSO is going to allow both clusters to backup to the MSL across the SAN, givingyou a LAN-free backup strategy.
