BE 2012 SP1A sharepoint agent

Hello
I did a backup of sharepoint farm
Afetr i tried to restore 2 docs in a shared documents
When i run a restore I can see the 2 docs, select them and run the restore but they dont appear in the list
its like BE did not restore the 2 docs ?????

- Is the Job completing successfull?
- If so, is it completing with the byte count of 0 Bytes?
- Are you able to redirect to a File path?

I tried again and now all ok
Amother qustion : whats must I backup to restore my complete sharepoint infra
Can I just backup sharepoint and the agent will also backup the sql databases
or must I do a second job to backup the databasae server ?

To protect sharepoint the backup must be done from sharepoint server farm, which will take care of backing up datbases too and no need to backup individual databases for sharepoint seperatley using SQL agent.
