BE 2012 very slow on SBS

Be 2012 - takes 15 -20 mins to show selection list , This SBS server have 36GB ram
 
Backup would start but would run very very slow
 
 
unintsalled \re-intsalled backup exec with default options 
created and used new domain account and no help
updated to latest

Hi,

 

If you have an AV installed make sure it isn't either blocking the BE services or actively scanning them. Put in an exclusion for the services if need-be.

Thanks, no AV in the picture..

I have also disabled UAC now and still no help

What does it show if you check the process and resource utilisation on the server? Is it running at 100%?

This SBS server have 32GB of Ram, I have monitor task manager but nothing even (CPU or memory )
close to roof.

I have unintsalled again and re-intsalled on D drive with now help, This server is prettey new.
